When is Eventfully Yours open?
We schedule site visits by appointment only so we can accommodate you at the time that works best for you.
How do I book my event?
Bookings can be done in person at the venue or over the phone. For payment plan options, please contact the office to discuss.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer payment plans and we are happy to work with you. An initial deposit is due at the time of booking and you have the option to pay in full or to set up a monthly payment plan. For specific information, please contact us directly. If you are booking within thirty (30) days of event date or rental fee totals less than $700.00, full payment is due at the time of booking.
How can I make my payments?
Eventfully Yours accepts payments by credit or debit card, personal check, cashier’s check or money order. You may call the office direct at 817-689-4344 or we can send you an invoice and you can pay online using credit or debit card, or ACH check transaction.
How much time should I book?
You can rent the venue for the amount of time you need, including the time that you need for your decorating. Rental blocks are 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. (Friday & Saturday).Weekday rentals are by the hour with a minimum of 4 hours. Weekdays are Sunday – Thursday. Additional time may be purchased on an hourly basis on Friday or Saturday up to 2:00 a.m. only. When you arrive at the start of your rental time, everything that Eventfully Yours provides will be set up, allowing you and your vendors time to set up any additional items. Eventfully Yours will take care of room cleanup at the end of your booking time and that does not count as part of your reservation. We ask that you have your guests, décor, personal items, etc., removed by the end of your time block.
What is your cancellation policy?
On the day Eventfully Yours receives signed rental agreement and reservation fee, the date is blocked on the calendar and is no longer available for rent; therefore, event cancellations will receive NO refund. All cancellations and date changes must be submitted in writing to Eventfully Yours for approval. Approved date changes will require a new rental agreement, a new rental deposit, and may result in additional fees. All rental deposits, fees paid for rentals under $700, fees paid for rentals booked with fourteen (14) days or less of event date are deemed NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE and fees shall be forfeited in the event of date change or event cancellation. If client should cancel or change reservation date ninety (90) days or more before event date, client may transfer additional fees paid to Eventfully Yours that are not deemed as NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE to another date within six (6) months of the original event date. Cancellations or date changes made eighty-nine (89) days or less before the event are not permitted to transfer any fees and all fees paid shall be forfeited. Eventfully Yours reserves the right to revoke any rental agreement and cancel any reservation for breach of Contract and Agreement with written notice to client if any of the terms and conditions of this agreement are not met, and client will receive no refund for any funds paid. Eventfully Yours reserves the right to refuse rental service, revoke a rental agreement, and cancel event reservations at any time prior to the event date. If Eventfully Yours revokes a rental agreement and cancels a reservation for reasons other than nonpayment of rental fees, deposits, or breach of contract and agreement by client, the client will receive written notice of cancellation, and Eventfully Yours shall refund client the full amount paid in connection with the agreement.
Do you have a catering kitchen?
Yes. Eventfully Yours offers a full commercial kitchen that features a 3-part sink, hand-sink, refrigerator, warming ovens, microwave, and large counter space. We also provide complimentary ice.
Can we cook our own food at the building?
No. We offer a stove and griddle as a part of our commercial kitchen rental options that can be used by caterers prior to event. Unfortunately, there is no cooking at venue on the day of any event.
Can we bring in food from home or do a potluck?
You and your guests are welcome to bring in your own food including homemade items if you would like. Eventfully Yours requires you sign a LEGALLY BINDING RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT. Please note that Eventfully Yours does not provide plates, napkins, flatware or wait staff.
What is your alcohol policy?
The service of alcohol is permitted for events if the “Alcohol Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement” is signed by client fourteen (14) days prior to the event date. If the “Alcohol Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement” is not signed by client, alcohol will not be served at the event. All events that serve alcohol require the client to hire a Licensed Bartender and will require a Uniformed Security Officer at the client’s sole expense of $45.00 an hour. Client may independently purchase and bring in their own alcohol. All alcohol must be served by a Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) licensed bartender, arranged through Eventfully Yours for $30.00 an hour, per bartender. If a TABC licensed bartender is not arranged, the service of alcohol will not be permitted for client’s event. Alcohol may not be sold.
What is included in each reservation?
When you book your wedding or social event at Eventfully Yours, we include all of your basic event essentials at no extra charge. All reservations include: tables, chiavari chairs, black or white table linens, setup and breakdown, a podium, microphones and wireless internet.
Is there a bride’s room where we can get ready?
Yes! The bride’s room provides a great space to get ready for the big day as well as store personal items during your event. The room is rented individually at rate of $150.00 for the entire rental time.
What audiovisual equipment do you provide and how much does it cost?
Our venue is equipped with free Wi-Fi, surround sound, hook-ups for a laptop or an iPod/MP3 player, podium, microphone (wireless or lapel). We also offer HD projector and flat screen TVs for just $25.00 each.
What are my décor options?
You are welcome to design a custom room layout with our event assistants. We work with preferred vendors who offer additional rental items that include a wide variety of colors and fabrics for your tablecloths, chair ties, and table runners at a client preferred rate.
Can we come in early to decorate?
You are allowed access to the venue when your time block starts so if you know you will be needing extra time to decorate, make sure you include your decorating time in whatever time block you choose. When your time block begins, we will have all of your tables, chairs and tablecloths set so the room will be ready for you or your vendors to decorate at that time.
Do you allow candles?
Yes. Flameless battery-operated candles are allowed. Unity candle for wedding ceremony is an exception.
Do you allow animals?
No pets or animals are permitted, except for service animals.
Do you allow sparklers or grand exits?
Yes. Sparklers are allowed on the outside of the venue only. However, the use of sparklers must be approved by the staff unless prohibited by the city. If a fine is assessed to the client or to Eventfully Yours for improper use of fireworks or sparklers, the client will be responsible for paying all fines in full (including those assessed to Eventfully Yours). Bubbles are permitted on the outside as well. We do not allow confetti, rice, hay or glitter.
I lost something at an event. Do you have a lost and found?
Yes we do have a lost and found. Please call the office directly to inquire if your item was found or turned it.
